Government institutions

Mobius represents Flemish and Belgian public institutions in expansive social housing projects, mergers, lease agreements and complex commercial transactions.

Real Estate

Mobius has a long-standing practice focused on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, restructurings and joint ventures across the real estate, hospitality, retail and government sectors.  We consistently play an active role in major transactions in these sectors, with particular emphasis on large-scale leasing and development contracts and public housing projects.

We represent developers, lenders, investment banks, investors and major corporations, with a focus on the management and development of office buildings, hotels, restaurants, resorts and shopping centres.

Venture Capital

Mobius advises on venture capital transactions, strategic investments and exits from those investments through mergers and acquisitions and financial transactions.  We regularly represent start-ups and scale-ups, and continue to work with them as they attract additional capital in subsequent financing rounds.
